We do not accept returns as all products are handmade and customized for every customer.

To cancel or change your order you must notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed.  After 24-hours your order will be marked as a valid order and not available for cancellation due to the personalized nature of our product.

Our laboratory extracts and purifies that carbon to 99.99% purity. Then, under intense heat and pressure (using HPHT technology) that mirrors the earth's mantle, it crystallizes over weeks into a raw, rough diamond.

Once the diamond is fully formed, our master cutters carefully study the rough stone and cut the diamond to reveal its brilliance and clarity.
